Gillian Hanratty

Trainee Solicitor

Gillian has specialised in the areas of District Court and Circuit Court since 2010 with experience in both plaintiff and defence litigation.

EXPERIENCE

Since joining Hayes McGrath in May 2013, Gillian has managed the District Court Department dealing with a large portfolio of claims under the jurisdiction including:

• Property damage and motor claims
• Public and occupier’s liability
• Product liability
• Consumer disputes
• Debt recovery
• Road traffic charges and other minor criminal offences

Gillian has extensive experience in legal drafting, case and document management.  Specialising in litigation within the insurance industry, Gillian strives for legal excellence from pre-action through to trial.

EDUCATION

Gillian holds an Advanced Diploma in Legal Studies and is a 2021 PPC1 Hybrid student completing in house training within the firm.
