David brings over three decades of expertise to Hayes McGrath, specialising in the insurance sector. David joined Hayes McGrath in 1991 from one of the big 5 law firms, becoming a Partner in 1994. David is currently the firm’s Managing Partner.

David is one of Ireland’s leading experts in insurance litigation and arbitration with particular expertise in injury, liability issues and claims coverage, product liability litigation and professional negligence claims. David also has extensive experience in advising upon policy wordings.
