Bronagh qualified in 2010 having completed her traineeship with Hayes McGrath and is qualified in both Ireland, England and Wales.

PRACTICE AREAS

Bronagh handles defence litigation on behalf of domestic and international insurers and self-insured corporations. Her work encompasses the areas of employer, motor, public and product liability and she has extensive experience in the area of holiday law.

EXPERIENCE

• Advising insurers and self insured companies in relation to the defence of personal injury actions in the Circuit Court, High Court and on Appeal to the Supreme Court.
• Representing national and international insurers at Arbitration in relation to holiday law disputes
• Defending Defamation claims on behalf of insurers and self-insured companies
• Providing a comprehensive start to finish litigation service for clients to include a pre litigation advisory service on initial investigations, liability, quantum, tactics and negotiation with a view to avoiding litigation where at all possible and up to negotiation of costs on conclusion of litigation.
