Anna joined Hayes McGrath in 2015 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in 2017.

PRACTICE AREAS

Anna is a member of the Defence Litigation team at Hayes McGrath, providing advice to a number of domestic and international insurers. Her work includes personal injury actions arising from
employer’s liability, motor liability, public liability and product liability. She also advises on indemnity issues and property damage claims.
Anna specialises in recovery claims in the areas of material damage and debt recovery.

EXPERIENCE

• Advising Insurers in the recovery of significant outlay in subrogated claims
• Successfully defending High Court, Circuit Court and District Court actions
• Managing a varied and extensive caseload including fraudulent and exaggerated claims at all jurisdictional levels
• Providing advice in respect of fatal injury claims
