Legal Costs Specialist

Ailish joined the firm in 2004 bringing with her a wealth of experience in Defence and Plaintiff Litigation having run her own portfolio of District and Circuit Court files. She also assisted with High Court files and has extensive experience in legal drafting. She spent over 11 years as a member of our Litigation Team, working on high value complex and medical negligence claims. She then went on to specialise in Legal Costs, exclusively dealing with negotiation of party and party costs including complex and multi-million Euro settlements/awards.

Education

Ailish graduated from Griffith College in 2002 with a Diploma in Legal Studies.
