Aileen has extensive experience primarily in the insurance sector and the area of defence litigation. She has worked in house in two of Ireland’s largest insurers, as well as in private practice.

PRACTICE AREAS

Aileen advises on both general and commercial litigation matters with a particular emphasis on insurance indemnity, product liability, public liability, motor claims, fatal claims, property damage claims, recovery claims, fraud issues, defamation, professional negligence and employment issues. She has successfully represented clients at all Court levels, arbitrations, mediations and before employment tribunals and forums. Aileen deals with her files in a proactive manner and maintains good relationships with both clients, insured parties and all professionals and other parties with whom she liaises in the course of her work.
